In a a textbook in 1977 he co-authored, he wrote about population control, which included forced sterilization by spiking drinking water supplies, or giving teens pills which would make them sterile. The book also recommended compulsory abortions, and creating an armed world government to implement this program.
Since this text book was written in 1977, and he said he has shifted his viewpoint, should we look the other way, or be genuinely concerned?
