What is a 3 foot long whisk used for?
I just bought a HUGE stainless steel wire whisk at a garage sale. Its three feet long. It seems to be functional. Does anyone know of an industry that would actually use this? Its hanging in my kitchen now. Laughs for a lifetime!
I would assume it would be used in restaurants or for events who have to prepare food on a large scale. For example, they may have to whisk a large amount of eggs or batter, a larger whisk would expedite the process short of using machinery.
