Give me a simple recipe using strawberry fruit preserve?
I bought a jar of St. Dalfour Fruit Preserve in strawberry flavor.

It tastes sooo good, but aside from eating it with peanut butter, I'm not that inventive.
It always blows my mind when people put together things like strawberries and balsamic vinegar (two things I would have thought would be disgusting together), and have it taste amazing.
So I figure there must be some gourmet people here, or just some folks who are clever and creative. Anyone have some tasty ideas?
spread on bread, top with white cheddar and sliced chicken
and spinach.
mix with a white wine vinegar, black pepper, salt, and a little mustard powder and pour over a spinach salad , toasted pumpkin seeds, and turkey cubed
use as a glaze for a chicken or turkey or salmon(use a splash of balsamic!)
add a little balsamic to the preserves, melt in a pan with 1/4 cup water, reduce and pour over vanilla ice cream or yogurt
pour over a block of cream cheese with crushed pistachios and serve with bread or crackers..
