Is juicing good for you and?

I am thinking of buying the Jack la lane power juicer deluxe #1 Is this a good juicer? #2 i read online that juicing can cause diabetes?? Is this true for juicing veggies or fruits.
no for real a guy on the web said that fruit juicing can cause diabetes not steroids. I just want to make sure thanks guys

Real fruit has fiber encapsulating the sugar making it harder for the body to easily access (a slower absorption) A glass of fruit juice concentrates the sugars and it might take several fruit to make up the juice.
