Is juicing good for you and?

I am thinking of buying the Jack la lane power juicer deluxe #1 Is this a good juicer? #2 i read online that juicing can cause diabetes?? Is this true for juicing veggies or fruits.
no for real a guy on the web said that fruit juicing can cause diabetes not steroids. I just want to make sure thanks guys

Real fruit has fiber encapsulating the sugar making it harder for the body to easily access (a slower absorption) A glass of fruit juice concentrates the sugars and it might take several fruit to make up the juice. The worse part of easily assimilated carbs and sugar especially liquid sugar (like sodas and juices) where the sugar crystals have already been broken down. You take a sip of soda and the sugars have full access to your blood stream in the mucous membranes of your mouth and even more under your tongue. So you have an almost instantaneous rise in blood sugar. The higher your blood sugar spikes, the higher insulin spikes, clearing the blood sugar (in fat cells if your glycogen stores are full) and making you hungry again.

Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.
